PROBLEM
Promontech was a mortgage tech company whose product goal was to serve the mortgage process end-to-end. I led design for the Admin Hub product. My team worked to deeply understand the administrative workflows of mortgage employees such as loan officers, bank managers, and marketing professionals to develop a product that would service their workflows digitally within Promontech's line of digital products.
